Very well-written!

I was thinking about this this afternoon as I washed my car, and I couldn’t help but remember walking down Broadway just a few weeks ago. Even just a block away from the site, it feels like such a separate area. So many of the arguments against this build center around “respect for those who have fallen.” After having visited, I can honestly say that the level of “respect” there won’t be compromised by the addition of a mosque/Islamic community center, especially considering all the street peddlers making a profit off of “Memorial” pendants and replicas.

The more I thought about it, though, the more I came to realize that once construction is finished on such a building, there are people who are so narrow-minded that they would commit acts of vandalism against the structure. It’d be too tangible of a symbol for people to lash out against. Its truly unfortunate in a lot of ways.

Tough race for me:

Waylon spun me entering pit road — no caution.

Chris Laa spun me on the backstretch at about halfway — no caution.

Chris Laa spun me again with 9 to go racing for 8th place — no caution.

It should be a good championship battle this year. There wasn’t much competition last season, but now I’ve got my work cut out for me, I think.

Not a Redvsblue watcher it seems. It’s truly 100% pure and unadulterated magenta. Made to be seen in the front even from the back. I’ll pop out of line and blind everyone in front of me with the brightness of my colors.

Love the car, Jon. I tried to make a scheme similar to that but it turned out looking awful. The pink looks surprisingly good.

It’s great to have you back racing with us. It’s going to be an interesting season for sure. Looking forward to seeing your truck.

There are times when I just want to do some basic web browsing and e-mail, and I am torn between my iPhone, which is easy to use and always on, and my laptop, which has a bigger screen. The iPad seems like the best of both worlds. The problem is, if I already have an iPhone and a laptop, would I also buy an iPad? Probably not, but if I didn’t already have a laptop, the iPad would be an option. Same reason people buy netbooks.

I do think that the touch screen creates a more enjoyable user experience than the traditional mouse / trackpad.
